NCMTA Piano Performance Festival

This is a very prestigious contest in which students who receive a Highest Honors rating will go on to compete at the state level. State Level contestants who receive a Superior rating will be invited to perform at the North Carolina Music Teachers Association fall conference. 

 

The repertoire list for the District Contest and Forum Auditions is the same. Students who participate in either event may use the same music for the other event. Students will memorize three pieces of music and compete in their division. Each student will be assigned a specific time for their performance. The registration fee is $30.
